Club Group Structure
 
Overview: The primary purpose of the program is to provide an opportunity for all athletes to attain their maximum potential as they strive to be the best they can be.  In pursuing this goal, it is our belief that they will derive significant benefits in the areas of :
 
1)  Character Development;
2)  Internal rewards and personal satisfaction; and
3)  Development of close friendships in a positive team environment
 
The program is designed around the long-term development model, a gradual approach to the development of our young athletes.  Learn to Swim – Learn to Train – Learn to Compete
 
Groups are structured with the following in mind:

4)  Competitive goals
5)  Performance
